By accessing or using Voidlance BakeLab at voidlance.bond you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the services only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including lessons, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Voidlance BakeLab or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
5. User Conduct
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the services.
- Respect other members; harassment or hate speech is prohibited.
6. Purchases and Billing
Prices are listed in USD and may change. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy posted in the catalog and checkout flow.
7. No Warranties
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voidlance BakeLab and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voidlance BakeLab, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for conduct that violates these terms or harms the community. You may terminate your account by contacting support.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
